MomRoutine is operated under the MomRoutine brand by an independent sole proprietor based in Brazil. Questions can be sent to hello@themomroutine.com.
1. The product
MomRoutine is a browser-based planning tool for adults organizing a return to work or an ongoing work routine alongside baby care, available support and personal commitments. It can help display schedules, identify uncovered care, flag time conflicts and suggest periods that may fit the information entered.
2. Planning support, not professional advice
MomRoutine does not provide medical, mental health, childcare, legal, financial, safety or employment advice. Its checks depend on the information you enter and cannot verify that a caregiver is available, that a baby will follow a routine, or that a proposed period will work in real life. You remain responsible for care, work and safety decisions.
3. Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login information secure and provide an email address you can access. Access is personal and may not be resold, shared publicly or used to operate a competing service.
4. Purchase and payment
MomRoutine is offered as a one-time purchase at the price displayed before checkout. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Taxes may be added or included depending on your location. Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
A one-time purchase grants ongoing access to the available MomRoutine product for as long as the service is operated and your account remains in good standing. It is not a promise of perpetual or unrestricted lifetime availability. Features may be corrected, updated, added or removed as the product develops.
5. Your information
You control what you enter. Use accurate times if you want useful checks. Avoid entering a child's full legal name, medical records or other information that is unnecessary for weekly planning. You may download an editable backup or print a week where those features are available.
6. Acceptable use
You may use MomRoutine for personal or household planning. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malicious material, or use it in violation of law or another person's rights.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep MomRoutine available and to give reasonable notice of material changes when practical. Temporary outages, maintenance, security measures or changes to third-party services may affect access. Keep any backup you need for your own records.
8. Intellectual property
MomRoutine's software, visual identity, text and original materials belong to the operator or its licensors. Your own schedule information remains yours. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the product.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, payment reversals or material violations of these terms. We will provide notice when appropriate and legally permitted.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MomRoutine is provided without a guarantee that every conflict, gap or possible solution will be identified. The operator is not responsible for decisions made solely from the planner, indirect losses, or failures caused by information entered incorrectly or by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Brazil, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Payment, tax and refund handling through Paddle is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
