Refund Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for MomRoutine purchases. It processes payments and issues approved refunds to the original payment method.
One-time digital purchase
MomRoutine is sold as a one-time digital purchase with access provided after payment confirmation. It is not a subscription and has no automatic renewal.
When a refund may be available
Except where required by applicable law, completed digital transactions are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. A refund may be available when:
- access was not delivered within a reasonable time after a successful payment;
- a material technical defect prevents the product from working as described and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time;
- the same purchase was charged more than once; or
- applicable consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Eligibility and deadlines vary by location. Paddle's refund policy currently recognizes statutory withdrawal periods in certain places, including rights that may apply for 14 days in the EU, EEA, UK, Turkey and Israel, and 7 days in Brazil, South Korea, China and Canada. Use of digital content may affect withdrawal rights where the law allows.
How to request help or a refund
Contact hello@themomroutine.com with the purchase email, order number and a short description of the issue, or submit the request through Paddle Buyer Support. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email.
Paddle reviews and processes eligible refunds under its buyer terms and refund policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; timing depends on Paddle, the payment provider and your bank.
Payment disputes
Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can investigate access or technical issues quickly. This does not remove any right you have to contact your payment provider.
