Privacy Notice
Last updated October 19, 2026
This notice explains how MomRoutine handles personal information. For questions or privacy requests, contact hello@themomroutine.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, authentication status and account identifiers.
- Planning information: schedules, caregiver labels, work periods, baby routine notes and personal commitments you choose to enter.
- Purchase information: order status, product, transaction identifiers and the buyer email needed to provide access. Paddle processes payment card and billing details; MomRoutine does not receive complete card numbers.
- Support information: messages you send and the information needed to answer them.
- Technical and marketing information: browser, device, page and campaign events, approximate location derived from network information, and security logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, save and restore plans, provide purchased access, process support requests, prevent misuse, maintain the service, understand whether the website and advertising work, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Depending on where you live, processing may be based on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Services we use
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, saved plans, server functions and security logs.
- Paddle as merchant of record for checkout, payment, tax, fraud prevention and transaction support.
- Meta for advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and server-side purchase events.
- Inlead for the pre-purchase quiz. Quiz choices are used to show a result and are not used to build your MomRoutine plan unless you later enter information in the product.
- Zoho Mail for customer support email.
These providers process information under their own terms and may store it in countries other than yours.
5. Cookies and similar technology
MomRoutine uses browser storage needed to keep the interface working and may use Meta technology to measure visits, checkout activity and purchases. You can limit cookies in your browser and adjust advertising preferences through Meta. Blocking required browser storage may prevent parts of the product from working.
6. Children and family information
MomRoutine is for adults and does not offer accounts to children. The planner may contain routine information about a baby, but you should avoid entering full legal names, diagnoses, medical records or other sensitive details that are not needed for planning.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and planning information is kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect security and meet legal obligations. Purchase records may be retained for tax, fraud prevention and accounting requirements. You may request account or plan deletion by email. Some records may be retained when required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. Send a request from the email connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including managed authentication and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the product or providers change. The current version and date will remain available here. Contact hello@themomroutine.com for privacy questions or requests.
